About Hexa Tetra
Hexa Tetra was formed to build and develop an innovative alternative for propellers, turbines and pumps. The Hexa Tetra concept has attracted venture capital from numerous partners and companies. Together with investing partners, holding and operating companies, the opportunity and applications of this technology led to establishment of HTP Technologies B.V. in May 2014. The technology, including various construction proposals, is patented and Hexa Tetra is in the progress of verifying the theory by prototype testing. The theory has already been validated by running a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation.
The R&D team of Hexa Tetra is led by Hans van Briemen (1955).
Hans completed his Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Delft University of Technology in 1981. Hans has extensive professional engineering and business experience from Philips, Shell and KPN. Whilst leading R&D for HTP, Hans is also currently working as a Lecturer of Marketing at the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences.
